Advice on Bullying

If you are a young person who feels that you are being physically, emotionally or cyber-bullied, or if you know someone who is, and you don't want to chat with one of the team from The base, then here are some sites that might be of use:

Norfolk Constabulary
A website for young people aged 11 - 19 with advice on bullying.

Childline is one of the most well known support organisations in the country. Young people can call a Counsellor free (0800 1111 ), chat to a Counsellor 1-2-1 online and/or get support from other young people via message boards.

Young Minds
Young Minds is the UK’s leading charity committed to improving the emotional well-being and mental health of children and Young People. It provides practical advice on dealing with bullying including useful video clips.
