Support Our Work

As a charity we rely upon generous contributions from both individuals and organisations to help us continue supporting young people.

To set up either a regular donation or to make a one off payment, please visit our Charity Checkout Page (CLICK HERE) or email

Please remember to check the "Gift Aid" option (if appropriate) as this makes a big difference to the amount we receive (for every £1 donated, we will receive a further 25p from HMRC)!

Thank you!
You can also show your support in a number of other ways:

- Attend one of our Fundraising Event (Click Here to see what we've got on at the moment)

- Speak to your employer about making us your "Charity of the Year"

- Speak to your employer about Payroll Giving. (Payroll giving is an easy (and tax-free way) to make a regular donation from your salary with the donation being taken before PAYE tax is calculated so you end up paying less and the tax man pays more.)

- Sign up to and earn us money when you shop online (make sure you select The base Community Trust - Norwich as your cause!)

- Donate some of your time by volunteering at one of our Groups or driving a minibus for us either on a one off basis or regularly. For more information on volunteering please Click Here

- Take part in an event and get sponsorship for us (e.g. Run a Marathon, Climb a Mountain, Swim a Lake!)

Of course - these aren't the only ways to support us - there are loads more! To discuss what's best for you please email
Our Pledge To You

We know that making the decision to give up money and/or time is a massive thing and it takes a special kind of person to do it so we want to make sure that you know we value you. For that reason our pledge to you is:

- We will make sure we keep you up to date with all the things we’re doing and we’ll do it in the most appropriate way for you, be it via email, in person, over the phone – you choose (unless you don’t want to hear from us!).

- We will use your contribution responsibly, ensuring that as much of your donation as possible will go towards supporting young people and ensuring that the quality of our provision remains as high as possible.

- We will answer any question you ask of us regarding the work we do and how your contribution is used.

- We will always endeavour to work above the standards set out by regulatory bodies.

- We will NEVER pass your details on to any other organisation and will keep all your personal information safe. We won’t sell your details on - we’ll only use them to allow us to contact you (with your permission).

- We will always adhere to data protection laws

- If we ever do anything to upset you with our communications and you wish to complain then we will make sure we fully investigate and respond honestly in a realistic timescale. Any complaint should be addressed in the first instance to the General Manager (
